All orders will not begin processing until artwork, invoices and an order form filled out are approved and payment terms are followed. Required Order Information
All the Way Live Designs require that all custom orders under $750 be pre-paid. We require a 50% deposit on custom orders over $750. The remaining 50% balance must be paid upon completion. Checks received with non sufficient funds will be charged $50 for each processing attempt. Payment Terms
All the Way Live Designs can provide custom art services. Turnaround time on custom design is determined by complexity. Most designs will be completed in 1-3 days. More complex designs can take up to two weeks. Custom Art Services
Written/Emailed estimates/quotes/invoices provided by All the Way Live Designs expire 30 days from the date they were created. All verbal estimates/quotes will only be approved by the sales manager. Estimates/Quotes
Once you accept our estimate/quote it will be converted into an invoice. Your invoice will provide you with the details of your order. Invoices
Once artwork fee is processed, a mockup will be created per the above "Custom Art Services". Mockups must be signed or approved via email before your order will begin processing. Mockups
Designs will be sized for the smallest sized garment within an order. Ex: An order contains both youth and adult sized garments that are to receive the same imprint. The adult imprints will be sized for the smallest adult sized garment and the youth imprints will be sized for the smallest youth garment. Sub Dye Imprint Size
The imprint placement will be specified on design mockup. Precise location will slightly differ on each garment. Imprint Placement
Our minimum order is 10 of the same item for package pricing with the same design and/or imprint location. Please inquire beforehand if you are unsure whether or not apparel colors or styles can be combined for orders. Minimum Orders
Most apparel orders are completed in 15-20 business days from customer deposit and design mockup approval. This does not include company holidays, days in transit or custom art time. All production time frames are estimates and never guaranteed. All the Way Live Designs will not be held responsible for any uncontrollable delays. Order Turnaround
We do accept rush orders when we are capable of producing them for a fee. Please ask a sales associate before assuming we can provide you with this service. Rush orders must be paid in full upon invoice and art approval. You may not cancel a rush order once your order is placed. Rush Orders
Change orders are generally not accepted once an order is approved. Ex: A day after you place your order you decide you would like to change designs, garment colors, garment quantities or garment sizes. In the event management accepts your change order, your scheduled due date will also change and you may incur extra charges. These charges may include but are not limited to shipping, art, embroidery digitizing and general processing. Change Orders
Cancellations of approved orders will be subject to any fees incurred in processing your order. Rush orders may not be canceled. All cancellations must be made by written request and approved by management. There is no guarantee that an order can be cancelled. Cancellations
All orders are final and cannot be returned. Defective or misprinted items may be returned for a full replacement within 48 hours from receiving them. Ex: Customers garment has a stain from garment factory on it. This does not include defective or misprinted items supplied by customers. All exchanges must be approved by management. Defective Items
Most orders are bulk packaged. Packaging
We ship all orders FEDEX Ground unless customer pick-up is preferred. Shipping prices will be determined on day of order completion for new orders and will be added to the order invoice. Add-on orders will be determined when the order is placed. Customer is to pay all shipping cost. If a customer elects to split ship items, all shipping and handling fees will be the customer's responsibility. Shipping DELIVERY TIME DOES NOT INCLUDE SATURDAYS, SUNDAYS or HOLIDAYS.
Our designs are important to us – they are the backbone of our business discipline. Regardless of the circumstances in which you come to view our design work (EOI, RFQ, tender, submission, catalogue, mail, website or quote) we are the lawful rights holder of the Intellectual Property (IP) rights under international laws. International property rights are protected under the Copyright Act 1968. Our designs are protected from the moment they are created. The designs are not required to be registered. Intellectual Property
All work begun and/or completed operates under International Copyright Laws and is protected as such through our rights as Graphic Designers, Photographers and Artists. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, sell, distribute, transfer or modify any of the content, data, information or materials deliberated by All the Way Live Designs, INC. All services and products deliberated between All the Way Live Designs, INC and the customer are solely for the customer's own use only provided that they: (a) keep intact all copyright and other proprietary notices; (b) do not use the material in a manner that would compete with or damage the goodwill associated with All the Way Live Designs, INC (c) do not use the material in a manner that suggests an association with any of our services, brands, or products (unless otherwise authorized in writing by us); and (d) you make no modifications to the material. You further agree that, except as expressly provided in this Agreement, you shall not duplicate, download, publish, modify or otherwise distribute any material for any purpose other than for the sole and own individual use unless otherwise specifically authorized by us. Preliminary and Ongoing Work
All custom garments may not be returned or exchanged. Please ensure that your order is correct before placement. Custom orders cannot be canceled or modified for any reason. Rest assured, if we make a mistake, we will always make it right.
Also, please note that once an order is in production, we cannot modify it in any way. Additions will be handled and priced as a separate order, with normal production time and process to follow.
Prices are before shipping costs are applied. Sale offers are not transferable or redeemable for cash. Sale offers do not apply to prior purchases, nor can they be amended to reflect sale prices
Dye color may vary lot-to-lot. This will depend on whether you order units together or separately over time. Color may have minimal change due to material change, dye manufacturer change, and even the weather. For best color results, it is best to order your units together. If you require exact color matching, a pre-production panel must be purchased prior to production of your order (cost is $30). Screen color varies from viewing device to viewing device. Screen color and print color WILL vary.
